Creator Agreement

You are responsible for keeping your identity, profile, channels, audience information, portfolio, availability, prices, delivery times, and offer descriptions accurate. Public visibility is a choice you control where that setting is available, subject to Foleo's review, safety, and verification rules.

You may not inflate follower counts, engagement, views, reviews, credentials, verification, prior work, availability, or expected results. You must have permission to display every sample, logo, photograph, video, audio file, and other asset you add to your profile or offer.

A listed package should clearly state its scope, price, delivery expectation, included revisions, platform, and intended use. Before accepting a custom request, confirm the requested outcome, deadline, usage rights, revision process, and any material limitation in the Foleo record. Do not accept work you cannot reasonably complete.

You may decline a request or campaign that is unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, deceptive, technically impossible, outside your expertise, or inconsistent with these agreements. If a material problem arises after acceptance, notify the counterparty through the Service promptly and propose a lawful, practical resolution rather than silently abandoning the work.

Apply to an Open Brief with your profile, samples, and an application note unless the campaign clearly provides a funded fast-track slot. Do not create final speculative work before you are selected or have validly claimed a funded slot under the published terms.

For a Clip Brief, review eligibility, required disclosures, approved source assets, posting rules, metric lock window, payout rate, and caps before accepting the versioned terms. Only accepted participants may use protected source materials or submit a post for payout review. A creator-submitted view count or screenshot is evidence, not a guarantee of payout, until human reconciliation finalizes the record.

When work promotes or endorses a brand, product, service, or compensated relationship, make the required disclosure clearly, prominently, and in the language of the content. Follow the accepted brief, relevant platform tools and rules, and all applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws. Do not hide a paid relationship, rely only on a profile disclosure, or use vague shorthand when a clear disclosure is required.

Only make statements you genuinely believe, can substantiate, and are allowed to make. Do not claim personal use you did not have, invent outcomes, make prohibited health, financial, safety, or legal claims, or portray an undisclosed paid placement as independent editorial content.

You retain ownership of your pre-existing tools, style, know-how, and content unless an accepted record expressly transfers or licenses particular rights. You grant the buyer only the rights, territory, term, media, exclusivity, editing permission, and commercial use stated in the accepted record. If those rights are not stated, no broad commercial or resale license is implied.

Do not include music, footage, trademarks, likenesses, stock assets, or other third-party material unless you have rights for the agreed use. You are responsible for obtaining any contributor permissions necessary for the delivered work and for respecting confidentiality, embargoes, and source-asset restrictions.

Deliver work through the agreed Foleo workflow or another agreed secure method, in the promised format and by the agreed deadline. Honor included revisions that are within the accepted scope. You may charge or decline work that is a new scope, unlawful, abusive, or materially different from the accepted request.

Keep delivery, revision, and dispute communications factual and professional. If a dispute opens, preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with reasonable review requests. Do not threaten, harass, retaliate against, or pressure a counterparty to approve work, withdraw a report, or leave a review.

Your available balance is derived from Foleo's approved payment and ledger records, not from a profile price, estimated performance figure, or unverified screenshot. Payout release is subject to the Payment Rules, provider availability, fraud controls, applicable terms, and human review. Foleo may use a manual or off-platform payout process where a provider account or country is unsupported.

You are responsible for your income taxes, registrations, invoices, and other obligations as an independent creator. Nothing in this Agreement creates employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture between you and Foleo or between you and a counterparty.
