Foleo collects the information needed to run accounts, profiles, campaigns, requests, payments, support, trust and safety review, analytics, and notifications.

Private data is scoped by role. Brand CRM notes stay private to the owning brand and admins. Customer requests, messages, attachments, payments, disputes, and reviews are visible only to permitted participants and admins.

Tracking links are privacy-conscious. Foleo avoids storing raw IP addresses, keeps user-agent data coarse, flags bots, and deduplicates repeat clicks.

Verification evidence, moderation evidence, internal notes, and payment-provider details are restricted to admins and service systems that need them.
