How to hire content creators in Bangladesh
A practical creator campaign guide: choose the right deliverables, compare portfolios, write a usable brief, and agree pricing, usage rights, and review terms.

Choose the work you need before choosing the follower count. A video for your own page and a sponsored post on a creator's page are different purchases.
UGC, influencer posts, or clipping?
Start with where the content will live. UGC, or user-generated-style content, usually means commissioning a creator to make an asset for your business to use. An influencer collaboration adds distribution through the creator's own audience. A clipping campaign starts with existing footage and invites creators to turn approved moments into social posts.
A Dhaka cafe opening might need an on-location visit and a reel. An online shop might need a product demonstration in Bangla. A founder with a recorded interview may need clips instead of another shoot. Define that outcome first; it changes who is suitable and what the price needs to cover.
Compare fit, not just reach
Watch complete samples, including the opening seconds, delivery, audio, and call to action. Check whether the creator can speak naturally about your product and whether their audience location and language fit the people you want to reach. A large follower count alone does not establish that fit.
For an in-person shoot, confirm travel, availability, and whether the venue can support filming. For a shipped product, agree who pays for delivery, when the review window starts, and what happens if the item arrives late. Ask for clarification through the work record rather than relying on assumptions from a profile.
- Relevant portfolio samples and language
- Audience location when distribution is included
- Shoot location, shipping, and availability
- Delivery date and a named reviewer
Agree the complete price and usage
There is no single responsible rate to quote for every creator. Compare the same scope: number of videos, duration, editing, posting, travel, revisions, exclusivity, and usage. A personal greeting is not a commercial endorsement and should not be used as the price benchmark for an advertising campaign.
Specify whether you need organic use on your own channels, paid-ad use, raw footage, or permission to edit. State the duration and territory of those permissions. Do not assume that buying one post gives your business unlimited advertising rights. Keep the agreed amount and currency explicit; compare BDT quotes with like-for-like scope.
Write instructions a creator can act on
Give the creator a clear product context, the one idea viewers should remember, and the required deliverables. Separate mandatory facts from creative suggestions. Include pronunciation, approved claims, forbidden claims, visible paid-promotion disclosure, and the destination link when relevant.
Avoid asking applicants to produce finished campaign work to compete for a slot. On Foleo, curated Open Brief applications use profiles and samples. Fast-track participation instead lets eligible creators accept the published terms and claim a finite funded slot before making the deliverable.
Review against the agreement
Name one person to collect feedback and check it against the brief. A correction to an agreed product name is different from introducing a new concept after delivery. Agree revision limits before work begins and record changes to scope rather than silently expanding the request.
Foleo keeps campaign applications, accepted terms, submissions, review decisions, and payment records connected. Payout release follows the applicable review process; a submission is not a promise of instant payment. Use campaign tracking links or agreed reporting to assess results, without treating views as proof of sales.
